As well as the spacious central living & dining ‘mess’ and bar, and the poolside living & dining pavilion, all overlooking the Mara River, there are four separate comfortable and stylish guest cottages –

The Marula Cottage contains 2 double bedrooms (or a double and a twin) each with an en-suite bathroom, together with a central living room with fireplace and bar and a spacious front veranda with living and dining areas. It sits on its own private lawn with swinging beds overlooking the Mara River. It is ideal for two couples or a family with older children.

The Original Cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom with a bath and outside shower plus a central living area and veranda. Located centrally just beside the main living and dining ‘mess’ it is ideal for families and has space for additional single beds to be added for extra children.

The Warburgia Cottage has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sits right above the river with lovely views from the front veranda with sofa. It is ideal for a younger couple or single but not for the elderly or less active as they may find the bath/shower difficult to access.

The River Cottage has one family bedroom with one double bed and two twin beds plus an en-suite bathroom and is ideal for families with smaller children. It sits just beside the river and has its own small path with stairs down onto the grassy riverbank below.

The Hippo Cottage is set in a beautiful spot in the shade of huge leafy trees on the banks of the Mara River. With its own huge verandah and bath overlooking the river, it is the perfect room for a private luxury safari.
