VOI WILDLIFE LODGE
Easy to reach by road and air, the lodge is only a 4-hours drive from Nairobi and just a 2-hours drive from Mombasa; Tsavo East airstrip is located only 5 minutes drive from Voi Wildlife Lodge, where charters are available to destinations throughout Kenya.
The lodge is ideally placed for visitors wishing to combine a ‘bush’ and ‘beach’ safari holiday in Kenya with its accessibility to Tsavo National Park and its close proximity to the coast. With temperatures in the day average of 25 degrees Celsius and cooler nights, Tsavo East offers an ideal climate in which to relax, indulge in the many facilities on offer at the lodge, and enjoy one of the world’s leading biodiversity strongholds.
Accommodating up to 300 guests, all rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms and are furnished in African decor that is replicated throughout the lodge. The luxury rooms comprise two four-poster beds and views of the Savannah, which one can enjoy from the comfort of one’s balcony or terrace.
Cancellation / Prepayment
Cancellation between 30-15 days: 15% of the contract rate.
Cancellations between 14-3 days: 33% of the contract rate.
Cancellation less than 2 days (including no-shows): 100% of the contract rate.
Please note: For groups that have paid a non-refundable deposit, the cancellation charges above will apply to the remaining balance only.
All no shows will result in a cancellation of all complimentaries granted, and no credit note shall be issued.
Early Departure Fees
Should an individual or group depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, a fee of 100% of the group/individual/contract rate will apply for each night thereafter of the confirmed booking.
Children and extra beds
UNDER 4 YEARS OF AGE IS FREE. CHILDREN BETWEEN 4-12 YEARS Sharing with Parents pay 50%.

Activities
The lodge offers a variety of activities for families, including a children’s outdoor recreation area, swimming pool and jacuzzi, two badminton courts, a volleyball court as well as table tennis and a pool table. There is also a Discovery Area complete with a mini-library, TV and DVD facilities.
The Tembo Restaurant
Constructed using local ‘makuti’ thatch, the Tembo Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with views across the plains of Tsavo East and the nearby waterhole. The restaurant caters for up to 350 persons and offers a wide selection of international and vegetarian cuisine. Bush breakfasts and packed lunches can be also arranged. The lodge offers lunch for visitors not staying at the lodge.
Safari Spa Bar
The Safari Spa Bar and lounge offer a spectacular game-viewing platform both night and day. Designed on stilts overlooking the waterhole, the bar extends into the park allowing one to get as close as possible to the sights and sounds of the African bush.
Mandhari Bar
Adjacent to the Tembo Restaurant, the Mandhari Bar provides an alternative setting in which to view the game and enjoy a ‘sundowner’ before dinner.
Bush Breakfast Safari Spa
Relax and rejuvenate in the Safari Spa with its steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, cold bath, and five treatment rooms, all designed to cater for one’s health and beauty needs; Spa treatments include massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy. Spa packages including private consultations can be arranged prior to arrival.
Health Club
The Health Club comprises a fully-equipped gymnasium, complete with the latest fitness/training apparatus with an adjacent room designed for aerobics and yoga classes. Qualified Instructors are on-call to assist with equipment and fitness sessions. The club also has a boutique shop with a range of sports and leisurewear.
